Returns

Emily Barton Design can’t offer refunds as every piece is handmade. This makes each item unique. We try and represent each image on the site as accurately as possible. Given the nature of the handmade process, there may be slight variations.

However, If you are unsatisfied with your piece, We would like the opportunity to fix any problems you might have. All issues must be presented within 30 days of receiving your item. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days due to lack of communication with you, the buyer, we will not be able to accept the return.

Shipping

All items purchased will be shipped in 1-5 business days from the day your order is placed. Every item in our shop is shipped via USPS either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your package. Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail have a normal delivery window of 1-3 business days (unless USPS specifies that they are experiencing unusual delays). When your order is shipped, you should receive an email with your USPS tracking number. If you would like to update your order to receive it sooner, purchase additional insurance or have it shipped with a different carrier, please contact us and we will arrange that for you!

At this time, the listings in our shop only ship within the United States. The price of shipping is included in the item listing. If you’re from outside of the US and you’re interested in purchasing a piece, please send us an email and we can send you a shipping quote based on your location.
