This series of woven sculptures was inspired by geometric forms, line and color. This piece was hand formed and soldered out of 1/8” thick brass rod. The base is made of red oak that was routed and sanded for a sleek finish. After the sculpture and base were formed, the sculpture was woven onto using wool that was hand dyed by the artist using avocado pits. Each element of this piece was meticulously hand crafted with care, in hopes that it will add a little shine, texture and color to your home or any space!
