This weaving was inspired by vintage fishing corks and the texture of fishing nets. The entire weaving was handmade on a loom using cotton rope scraps. There are various sized wood beads made from poplar, oak and pine that have been painted and sanded to have a weathered appearance. There are also wood rings throughout the weaving.
