Vacation Nail Collective

In 2021, Emily designed a custom mural, a hand stenciled accent wall and a painted arch detail for various areas of Vacation Nail Collective located in Orange, California. She designed an entirely one of kind stencil that was cut from mylar to create a wallpaper-like repeating pattern with the texture of a block print for the front reception area. The hand drawn and painted mural was first digitally drawn then projected to scale on the wall of the shared studio space. The painted arch was created for manicurist Rachel Messick’s private nail studio.

In 2022, Emily designed and hand painted terrazzo inspired walls in the education room of Vacation Nail Collective to complete the design of the space.
